For more than 25 years, Appleton Players have produced
a pantomime every January in The
Village Halll. Many village families have been involved
in one way or another over the years.
Preparations for the panto start in June at the AGM
with the selection of a director, the committee and
support team leaders. Auditions follow in late July/August
- all are welcome to audition for parts, including children
aged from 9 upwards. In addition, there are many other
back stage activities to support such as costume making,
scenery, lighting, props, refreshments etc and volunteers
to assist are always welcome. The emphasis is very much
on having fun as well as giving pleasure to our audiences.
First rehearsals start Thursday 8th September at 7:30
p.m the Village Hall.
